Order Help

Your confirmation email is the most reliable place to view status, tracking, and any order-change options still available.

Start with your confirmation email

Search your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for Fourthwall or Seattle Faithful. Open the email for your order to see tracking and any cancellation or address-change options Fourthwall still offers.

Need Fourthwall to look into it?

Use the Contact or Help link inside your Fourthwall confirmation email. That link points to the correct shop support flow. You can also email Fourthwall directly.

Email Fourthwall

Have ready: the order number from your confirmation email and the email address used during checkout. Apple Pay or another express checkout may use a different email than your SNF account.
