Do not add information to your profile that you do not want others to see. You may update or remove certain profile details through your account settings.

When you create a Seattle Niners Faithful member account, the email address associated with that account is enrolled to receive SNF email updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by changing your Email Updates preference in Member Hub Settings.
Unsubscribing from newsletter and club-update emails does not prevent us from sending messages that are necessary to operate or secure your account or to respond to a request you make.
We may retain your subscription or opt-out preference, the date that preference changed, and limited email-delivery information such as delivery status, bounces, complaints, or suppression status. We use this information to honor your communication choices, maintain email deliverability, prevent unwanted repeat sends, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
Cookies
Our website may use essential cookies needed to:
- Keep members signed in
- Protect accounts and website security
- Remember account or website preferences
- Support forms, games, check-ins, and other website features
We do not currently use cookies for advertising or website analytics.
You may restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent account features or other parts of the website from working correctly.
Third-Party Services and Links
We may use outside service providers to host and operate the website, deliver website and newsletter email, process email-delivery feedback, prevent spam, display maps or embedded content, and support other website functions.
Our email delivery currently uses Amazon Web Services services, including Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) and related delivery-feedback services. These providers may process email addresses and limited technical or delivery information as necessary to send messages, report delivery status, process bounces or complaints, and protect email systems from abuse.
These providers may process limited technical or account information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
Our website may also contain links to third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord, Google Maps, partner venues, or other external websites. Seattle Niners Faithful does not control the privacy practices of those services.
How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate and secure the website or deliver club communications
- With event or venue partners when reasonably necessary to administer an event
- When you direct or authorize us to share it
- When required by law or valid legal process
- When necessary to investigate fraud, security concerns, misconduct, or violations of club policies
- To protect the safety, rights, or property of Seattle Niners Faithful, its members, partner venues, or others
We do not sell personal information or share member information with advertisers for their own marketing purposes.
Event Photographs and Video
Photographs and videos may be taken at Seattle Niners Faithful events. These images may be posted on our website, social media accounts, promotional materials, or other club communications to document and promote the club, its events, and its charitable activities.
Because events may take place in public or shared spaces, we cannot guarantee that attendees will not appear in photographs or videos.
Anyone with a concern about a specific image posted through an official Seattle Niners Faithful channel may contact club leadership. We will review reasonable removal requests, although removal may not always be possible if the image has already been printed, shared, downloaded, or reposted by others.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate member accounts
- Maintain event and participation records
- Administer points, badges, games, and leaderboards
- Maintain email preferences and delivery-suppression records so we can honor unsubscribe requests and avoid sending to addresses that have bounced or generated complaints
- Protect website and account security
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce club policies
- Meet legal or administrative obligations
Some historical participation, communication-preference, or administrative records may remain after an account is closed when reasonably necessary for security, recordkeeping, legal compliance, or the integrity of club programs.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no website, database, or method of online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Members are responsible for protecting their passwords and should contact us promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
